15-day returns

You may return any item within 15 days of delivery. The item must be unused, free of hair and odour, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email [SUPPORT_EMAIL] with your order number and a photo of the item. We reply within two business days with a return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be processed.

Who pays for return shipping

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take longer to post it. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is our fault.

Damaged or wrong items

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we replace or refund in full, including shipping.

Exchanges

Return the item for a refund and place a new order. That is faster than an exchange.
