Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment. Orders placed on a weekend or a statutory holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Counting from the moment you place your order, delivery takes 7 to 9 business days in total, processing included. These are the carrier's working estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs and peak periods can extend them, and a Canadian winter regularly does.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order delivered in Canada, with no minimum. The total you see before paying is the total you pay.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 72 hours to show its first scan.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your province.

Lost or delayed parcels
